Nicole grew up in a small community just outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. The daughter of a banker and an accountant, Nicole knew as a young girl that she wanted to work in the financial field. She began her financial career selling real estate and working as a mortgage broker while attending college.

In her early twenties she relocated to Southern Oregon, where she worked as a mortgage broker for a short time. For the last several years she has been involved in various aspects of the futures industry. First by joining the TWMPMM team at the Ken Roberts Company as a Course counselor and customer service representative.

After being with the Ken Roberts Company, Nicole took her knowledge and put it towards her aspirations of becoming a commodities broker. She worked at Great Pacific Trading Company where she expanded her knowledge of commodities while working as a full service broker.

Scott was born and raised in California's Bay area until he joined the army, where he was stationed over-seas as a tank mechanic and combat medic.  After being discharged he became a commercial painter in San Francisco where he earned money to go to college.

He started trading futures and options while studying anatomy and physiology in pursuit of a medical career.  After a year of trading he changed his career track from medicine to business where he placed an emphasis on economics, statistics and accounting.  With one semester left to receive his degree from southern Oregon University he was offered the opportunity to work full time as a brokers assistant to the Vice President and managing broker of a well-known commodity brokerage firm.
